03.28.13 | METRI D’ARTE LANDS IN CHINA

After the success of the first Paris edition with the participation of Stefano ArientiMassimo Caccia and Maggie Cardelús, Metri d’Arte lands in China, at the Galleria Continua of Beijing, to launch the new collection of artist’s fabrics made by Miroglio Textile, which this year stars two of the most highly regarded Italian artists worldwide, Loris Cecchini and Francesco Simeti.

Conceived and designed as true works of participatory art, the fabrics of the capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2014 have been developed from original designs especially created by the artists for Miroglio Textile on the theme of the relationship between nature and technology, and reworked in a wide range of patterns and colours thanks to the intensive collaboration with the designers of the Style Department.

A major novelty of Metri 2 d’Arte is the collaboration with Galleria Continua which, alongside Loris Cecchini’s solo exhibition, opened from March 29 until late June, will feature two previously unseen installations by the artists, inspired by the encounter with the company and the original drawings this collection is based on.

See you soon in Beijing for the preview of our artistic fabrics!
